Educational Qualification:

• Final-year UG students from recognized Indian universities.
• Streams eligible:
  • B.Com
  • BBA / BBM
  • B.Sc – Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics
  • B.A – Material Management

Eligibility Guidelines:

1. Academics: Minimum aggregate of 60% up to the 4th semester in undergraduate studies.
2. Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Dual-degree, part-time, or correspondence courses are not allowed.
3. Backlogs/Arrears: No backlogs (past or live). All subjects must be cleared in the first attempt.
4. Age: Born between 1st July 2002 and 30th June 2007 (inclusive).
5. Nationality: Only Indian Nationals.

Diploma Engineer Trainee: Detailed Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

• Final-year diploma students from recognized institutes in the following streams:
  • Architecture
  • Automobile
  • Chemical
  • Civil
  • Computer Science & IT
  • Electrical & Electronics
  • Electronics & Communication
  • Mechanical
  • Survey, etc.

Eligibility Guidelines:

1. Academics: Minimum aggregate of 60% in a full-time 3-year/6-semester diploma course after SSC/HSC.
2. Mode of Study: Full-time diploma students only. Part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
3. Backlogs/Arrears: No backlogs allowed. All papers must be cleared in the first attempt.
4. Age: Born between 15th July 2003 and 30th June 2007 (inclusive).
5. Nationality: Only Indian Nationals.

Compensation and Training Period

Graduate Commercial Trainee:

• Office-Based Posting: Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum.
• Project Site-Based Posting: Rs. 3,57,000/- per annum.

Diploma Engineer Trainee:

• Office-Based Posting: Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum.
• Project Site-Based Posting: Rs. 2,97,000/- per annum.

Training Period: 12 months of on-the-job training from the date of joining.
