Detailed Eligibility – TCS Careers: TCS MBA Hiring 2025 for Talent Acquisition

  • Highest Qualification: Candidates from the batch of 2023 and 2024 with below-mentioned courses:
    • MBA in Human Resources/Masters in Human Resource Management/Master of Arts in Human Resource
    • Masters of Social Work in HRM/Masters of Management Studies in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Labour Studies (with specialization in Human Resource Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)
    • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management or equivalent courses.
  • Academic Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-graduation.
  • Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: No backlogs/arrears/ATKT/Extended Education. Kindly note, appearing in backlog examinations after the stipulated course duration is considered as extended education.
  • Gap/Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare academic gaps if any, during the period of education. Break in education should not be due to extended education. Any break in education should not exceed 24 months. Relevant document proof, as applicable to be produced for validation of reasons behind academic gap.
  • Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered).
  • Open Schooling: Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the Graduation and Post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time.
  • Work Experience: Candidates with work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply. It is mandatory for candidates to declare the same in the TCS Application Form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting the declared work experience at the time of TCS selection process and/or post joining TCS, as per requirement.
  • This hiring is primarily for Talent Acquisition roles (HR).
  • Candidates with current/prior experience in recruitment-based roles would be preferred.
  • Age: Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age – 28 years

  • Step 2 – Register and apply for the drive
    • Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the TCS NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly login with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to complete the Application Form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
    • Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose category as “IT” and proceed to fill your details. Submit your Application Form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
  • Step 3 – Select your mode of the test (In-Centre), choose your preferred test centre & then click on Apply.
  • Step 4 – To confirm your status, check “Track Your Application“. The status should reflect as “Applied For Drive”.
