Eligibility Criteria for Wipro Off Campus Drive for Project Engineer:
Education:
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- 12th Standard: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above as applicable by the university guidelines
- Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
- B.E./B. Tech. (Compulsory Degree) / ME / MTech – 5 Year Integrated courses
Year of passing:
- 2025
Other Criteria:
- Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with 8th semester.
- Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation)
- No Gaps are allowed in the Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 4 years from the start of the Graduation
- Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Candidates will be invited for the test process, who have completed 3 months cool-off period from the previous assessment
- Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
- Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
- Candidates should be 18+ while registration

Selection Process for Wipro ELITE Off Campus Drive 2025:
Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, the below details are appended for your reference.
Wipro NTH Online Assessment (128 minutes) comprising of 3 sections:
1) Online Assessment comprising of 3 sections
- Aptitude Test – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability.
- Written Communication Test – Essay writing.
- Online Programming Test – Two programs for coding.
- Candidates can choose any one of the programming languages for the coding test: Java, C, C++, or Python
2) Written Communication (Duration: 20 mins)
- Voice Assessment
3) Online Programming (Duration: 60 mins)
- Business Discussion
Compensation / CTC/ Salary for Wipro ELITE NTH Off Campus Hiring:
- Joining compensation: INR 3,50,000
- Flat bonus post 6 months from joining: INR 25,000 (to be merged with compensation after 12 months of bonus pay-out)
- Regular yearly increments
- Merged bonuses on 18th, 24th and 36th month from Date of Joining.

- It is entirely the responsibility of Wipro to permit/limit the participation of each candidate in the Elite National Talent Hunt 2024 recruitment process.
- After passing the online tests, candidates will have to go through a Technical Interview and HR interview.

After clearing the online assessment, candidates will have to go through an English communication (Voice) assessment. Candidates who clear the English communication (Voice) assessment will go through the business discussion round. Candidates who clear the business discussion round will be receiving the letter of intent (LOI). LOI accepted candidates will have to go through a pre-skilling training. Pre-skilling cleared candidates will be receiving the final offer letter.
Registration parameters and selection procedure belong solely to the discretion of Wipro. Wipro is not obligated to disclose any information at any stage of the selection process.
